  • Do you ship everywhere?
    Yes. Due to the new VAT regulations, we are currently unable to process UK or EU orders on our website. We are however, still able to accept UK and EU orders on our etsy page.
  • What's your processing time?
    Our current processing time is 3-5 days before shipping with the exception of pre order items. Please note that any items purchased with pre order items will not be shipped until the pre order item is ready to be shipped. If you would like in stock items shipped asap please make two separate purchases.
  • How long are shipping times?
    For domestic orders please allow 3-5 business days on top of processing times to receive your order.   • I placed two separate orders. Can I combine shipping to save $?
    Sure! Please reach out to us at or by filling out the contact form letting us know within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include the order numbers of the orders you would like to combine. We will refund any overages once your package is weighed and sent out. If we have already began fulffillment for one of the orders we unfortunately will not be able to combine orders. *Please note that we cannot combine orders during larger sales and product launches.
  • I never received a shipping confirmation.
    Please check your spam/trash email. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 7 days of placing your order and your order did not include a pre-order item, please reach out to us via the contact form or by emailing us at
  • Who's your manufacturer? Where can I get my own made?
    Due to enamel pins being a highly custom product we prefer not to share which manufacturers we use. What works for us may not work for you and vice versa. We suggest looking on alibaba for custom pin manufacturers or searching google for one that works for you.
  • My order was "returned to sender". Can you reship?"
    If it your package was returned due to customer error (I.e. incomplete address, missing apartment number, address typo) we can reship after a reshipment invoice is paid by the customer. Reshipment fees are calculated on weight of package and location. If you'd prefer a refund we'd be more than willing to refund your order minus the cost of the original shipping cost.
  • What is your refund/replacement policy?
    We do not offer refunds once the product is mailed out. Please open your package as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue with your item upon receiving it, please reach out to us via the contact form within 5 business days. No issues will be fixed/replacements will be given after this time period.
  • I received the incorrect product.
    While I do make sure to triple check orders before they are shipped, I am just one person and I do make mistakes sometimes. Please reach out to me via the contact form or by emailing me with your order number and a photo of the incorrect products that you received so I can take care of it for you asap!
  • How do you grade your pins?
    Standard Grade pins are the best quality pins that contain very few or no flaws. Seconds Grade pins are lesser quality pins that contains one or more flaws such as, but not limited to, large scratches, scuffs, miscolored enamel, missing enamel, dust/dirt in enamel, chipped enamel, chipped plating, tarnish, and overpolishing. Please note that the type and severity of flaw varies from pin to pin. Batches that are heavily flawed are discounted accordingly and will be noted in the listing description.
  • Can I order a custom design?
    Due to the fact that enamel pins are mass produced and the high cost associated with having them made, unfortunately no.
  • How are enamel pins made?
    Enamel pins are mass produced in a factory. We send our designs to the manufacturer and they send us the finished product.
