When am I charged?

You will be charged upon sign up. Following charges will occur on whichever day of the month you originally joined. For instance, if you signed up on November 5th, you will be charged on or around the 5th of every month onwards (weekends and holidays MAY affect being charged on the exact day).

Please note that rewards are based on the eastern time zone.
How do I know which rewards I am receiving?

All previews can be viewed on the pin club page or the Toku Arts Ko-fi page beginning about 2 weeks prior to the new quarter. You will receive the rewards for the month you are charged in.
Can I combine my club rewards with another order from your online shop?

Unfortunately, no. Since the subscription is charged and rewards are fulfilled separately, they cannot be combined with other store orders.
When will I receive the rewards?

Normal processing time for the new club is approximately 3-7 business days. Please note that if there are any delays that cause manufacturing to not be completed in time and thus delay fulfillment, they will be communicated via the pin club hub here.
How do I check my subscription status or cancel my subscription?

You can view your status by visiting the “My Subscriptions” tab under the account membership section of the site.

If you placed a subscription order on accident and would like a refund, please email us directly at tokuartsco@gmail.com before your order is shipped. No refunds will be given for subscriptions that have already shipped.
